PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a rib having a narrow pitch and a high aspect ratio independently of the storing time.;SOLUTION: A rib-like article 13 can be formed on the surface of a substrate 10 by piercing a blade 12 with prescribed comb teeth 12b into a paste film 11 formed on the surface of the substrate 10 and subjecting the paste film 11 to plastic deformation by moving the blade 12 in a specified direction to the paste film 11. The composition of the paste contains, by weight, 50-97% glass powder or glass/ceramic mixed powder, 0.1-15% resin, 3-60% solvent, and 0.1-20% of at least one kind of organic thixotropic agents and at least one of organic/inorganic combined thixotropic agents.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
