PRESET CONTROL METHOD AND CONTROLLER OF CONTROL SYSTEM USING CONTROL MODEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a control accuracy in performing a preset control using a control model with respect to a control object whose control target specifications or conditions of control object change.;SOLUTION: A controller is provided with a first preset means which calculates an operation amount instruction value corresponding to a control amount target value using the control model and makes it a preset value, and a second preset means which calculates a value of operation amount to be changed in relation to a change amount of the control specifications and finds a preset value by adding and subtracting it to from the present operation amount instruction value. An instruction value of an operation amount is changed by selecting a preset means by which successful control can be performed with control information acquired from manufacturing information or a plant in paying attention to a control error and a model error.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
