PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a collision accident caused by misrecognition of a state that an accelerator pedal is released in a preceding car and a brake pedal is stamped after an engine brake works, and to make the flow of traffic smooth.;SOLUTION: When the foot is put on the accelerator pedal, a blue lamp 6 is lit to notify a following car that the preceding car is traveling at a accelerating or cruising speed. When the foot is put off the accelerator pedal, a yellow lamp is lit after blinking, which can soon notify the following car that braking operation is performed in the preceding car after being decelerated by an engine brake.
