PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that notification cannot be given to a related manager or the notification is delayed in the case of urgent and serious accident, etc., because the monitoring person monitoring the monitoring device, etc., notifies the related manager separate ly and finally though the central monitoring device receiving a signal from a sensor, etc., provided at each equipment works for reporting a fault, etc., when the abnormality and the fault of the equipment indoor/outdoor of an airport, a hospital, a factory, a general residence, etc., at a construction field or after construction are monitored.;SOLUTION: In a system/method for risk management in an emergency mode and maintenance management and a digital filing system at a new building, etc., the abnormality or the fault detected by a warning and monitoring device 2 is classified into the ranks of serious fault, medium faults, light faults, etc., in addition by an automatically discriminating device 3 in advance, fault information is transmitted simultaneously to plural related managers respectively related with the fault via a communication network corresponding to them to share the information, and a repair manual, etc., corresponding to the abnormality is obtained from a separately provided server computer to communicate with the portable telephone sets, etc., of the related managers, thereby the related managers can go straight to the field to cope with the abnormality.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
