PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide refrigerated/frozen deep-fried food comprising refrigerated/frozen deep fried food suitable for cooking with a microwave oven, where batter coating is smooth to the mouth and has crispy and light palate feeling, and ingredients are kept moist even after cooked using the microwave oven.;SOLUTION: The batter for refrigerated/frozen deep-fried food comprises whipped protein, and oil and fat.
