PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible stent which has enough intensity to hold open conditions of a lumen diameter and excels in followability to a lumen, or the like, (therefore, it can pass through the lumen which three-dimensionally meanders), in which horizontal hole formation is easy and there is substantially no shortening (shortening of a tube length), and which is excellent in blood vessel diameter holding properties and blood vessel followability. PSOLUTION: The stent of this invention is a tubular member having two or more annular members 1 for maintaining a living body lumen in an open condition and a coupling element 2 for coupling contiguous annular members 1 each other in a longitudinal direction, and the annular member 1 consists of wavelike members 11 which are consecutive in the circumferential direction.
