CLAMPING PRESS-FITTING DEVICE FOR PIPE, JOINING/PRESS-FITTING DEVICE, AND JOINING/PRESS-FITTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily install a clamping press-fitting device for a pipe even in a narrow work space by reducing its weight and miniaturizing it to perform joining and press-fitting of a steel pipe pile continuously.;SOLUTION: An inner peripheral face of the steel pipe pile 40 is held by a lower clamp device 6 and an upper clamp device 5 of the clamping press-fitting device 2 to move it easily into the narrow work space having an existing structure 42. When joining the steel pipe piles 40, an inner peripheral face of a steel pipe pile 40b to be joined by the upper clamp device 5 is held, and an inner peripheral face of a steel pipe pile 40a press-fitted into the ground by the lower clamp device 6 is held to weld them in a flush manner. When press-fitting the joined steel pipe piles 40 into the ground, a flange 27 for receiving reaction force in a holding mechanism part 9 is applied and pressed to the existing structure 42 to drive a hydraulic cylinder part 7, and holding and release of the inner peripheral face of the steel pipe pile 40 joined by the lower clamp device 6 are repeated for press-fitting.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
