PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skewer food allowed to be offered for cooking while its shape is kept and from which food can be safely and easily served from the skewer. SOLUTION: The tip of a short skewer 2 is applied to the tip of a long skewer 3 having a block food material 5 thereon, the short skewer 2 is inserted in the block food material 5 along a short-skewer guide part 4 of the long skewer 3 to obtain a skewer-food material 6. The skewer food material 6 is cooked by grilling to obtain skewer-food.
