PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rubber material leaked on the occasion of a seal part from entering an inside of a shaft-like part.;SOLUTION: In a housing with a water-proof seal in which a housing main body 11 made of a synthetic resin is injection molded by a housing molding die, next, other die parts are exchanged into a front part die 36 for molding a seal part and a rear part die 37 while a die 32 for molding a hood outer periphery is left, and in which the seal part 12 is peripherally fixed by injection molding of a rubber material to the outer periphery of the shaft-like part 13 of the housing main body 11 already molded, a rubber reservoir 16 composed of a recess groove in the front end face of the shaft-like part 13 is peripherally installed by injection molding with the housing molding die. In injection molding of the seal part by the front part die 36 and the rear part die 37 for molding the seal part, the rubber material leaked out from a gap produced between the front part die 36 for molding the seal part and the front end face of the shaft-like part 13 is made to be retained by making it flow into the rubber reservoir 16.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
