PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make unevenness of luminance which is generated at boundaries of respective blocks inconspicuous in the case of performing display by successively selecting a data line for every block in which plural lines of data lines are collected.;SOLUTION: A first sampling hold circuit 301 outputs a picture signal VIDa1 corresponding to a data line generating noise by subjecting an input picture signal VID to sample and hold. A correction circuit 311 generates a correction signal VID1' based on the picture signal VIDa1 and a precharge voltage Vpre.
