The decisive section, with M where it corresponds to the sampling position of in-phase sample stream where the number of samples is decreased and the direct phase sample stream where the number of samples is decreased, calculates the total value of in-phase sample and the direct phase sample, using in-phase sample and the direct phase sample which are related to the sampling position which possesses maximum, forms in-phase mark stream and the direct phase mark stream.
