PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert part of a thin diameter by rationally disposing an illumination unit with relation to an observation unit by providing light guide insert spaces for extending light guides on both sides of the right and the left of a circuit board in a containing space formed in a tip component part in angle parts. SOLUTION: An illumination unit provided with an observation unit in a tip component part is composed of light guides and an illumination lens, it is connected to a hard part inserted into a base, and flexible parts comprising irregularly dispersed optical fibers are inserted into flexible tubes 34 like silicone rubber, where parts on both sides of the right and left of a disposition part of a circuit board 25 formed in a containing space 14 are extended to form light guide insert spaces 18, so flexible parts of the light guide 31 is inserted into the light guide insert space 18 in the condition where they are compressed from the right and the left side to be flattened.
