The invented cell is formed by at least two parallel lines (A, B) of identical elements, whereby each line (A, B) includes at least one Zener diode (DZ1, DZ2), a switch (SW1, SW2) preferably consisting of an optocoupler (U1, U2), and selectively a resistor element (R1, R18).
