SUNSHADE PRODUCTION METHOD AND PRODUCTION SYSTEM

A sunshade production method and system for producinga sunshade for use with a sunroof of a vehicle with highefficiency and low cost. The production method includes thesteps of: cutting one side of a thermoplastic resin plate tocreate a base member of the sunshade; heating the basemember to a predetermined temperature; overlapping a bottomsurface of the heated base member with a surface material ina manner that one end portion of the surface material isextended from an end surface of the base member, pressure-forming the base member and the surface material overlappedwith one another at the same time; wrapping the extended endportion of the surface material around the end surface ofthe base member; and removing unwanted portions of the basemember and the surface material to finalize the sunshade.
