The present invention provides a garment, especially shorts (10), comprising a cushion (13) like a pear in the perineum zone or crotch, whereby this cushion is made in plastic, and stuffed in its two sections (16) with a water based gel substance and an agglutinating substance, said cushion to be placed in or removed from a pocket (11) inside of the shorts, which cushion is to be refrigerated before use. This cushion is provided to soften the pressure caused in the saddle during cycling.
