摘要

A reagent kit for detecting a Coleoptera luciferase comprises an organic sulfur reagent having the atomic sequence of sulfur-carbon-sulfur in its chemical structure, a luciferin, adenosine triphosphate and a magnesium ion. An aqueous solution containing the organic sulfur reagent, a luciferin, adenosine triphosphate and a magnesium ion is mixed with a sample containing or suspected of containing a Coleoptera luciferase and the light emitted in the resulting solution is measured.
