A Stone Cut Working System Of The Road Boundary Stone

PURPOSE: A system for cutting curbstone is provided to increase working efficiency, improve working environment and substantially to reduce production cost at the same time by straightly cutting the edge of vertical side surface of one side as well as inclined side surface of the other side of curbstone. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises raw stone transfer units(60a,60b) in which raw stone(50) is cut to an inclined shape or vertical shape by rubber belt on horizontal part rollers according to rotation of horizontal main roller in the state that one side of the raw stone transfer units(60a,60b) is inclined or horizontally positioned by hydraulic cylinder; an inclination vertical cutting unit(10a) comprising a plurality of inclined length cutting wheels(30a) or vertical length cutting wheels having different sizes so that raw stone of curbstone(50) mounted on the raw stone transfer unit(60a) to be transferred is slantly cut or vertically cut in a length direction of the raw stone; an edge cutting unit(10b) at which edge cutting wheels are installed with being spaced apart from each other in a certain distance correspondingly to an edge inclination angle of the curbstone(50) to be cut as vertical and horizontal movements of the edge cutting unit(10b) along fixed main bed are controlled so that an edge part of one side of the raw stone for the curbstone whose length is cut by the vertical cutting unit(10a) is cut by the edge cutting unit(10b); and a standard width cutting unit(10c) at which standard width cutting wheels having the same horizontal height as the standard width cutting unit(10c) are installed so as to cut width of the raw stone for the curbstone(50) mounted on the other raw stone transfer unit(60b) to be transferred to specification of the curbstone.
