METHOD FOR PREPARING POROUS DEODORIZATION FILTER ADHERING ADHESIVE

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of porous deodorizing filter to which deodorizer is adhered is provided to prevent adhesive from covering the surface of the deodorizer or clogging pores of the filter so that efficiency of the deodorizer is improved, the filter is used for a long time, and performance of the deodorizing filter is substantially improved. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises (a) coating an adhesive on the surface of a porous supporter(22); (b) gelling the porous supporter by primarily drying the adhesive coated porous supporter of the step (a); (c) adhering a deodorizer to the surface of the gelled porous supporter of the step (b); and (d) drying the deodorizer adhered porous supporter of the step (c), wherein the method further comprises a step of removing non-adhered deodorizer after completing the step (c), wherein adhesive coating of the step (a) further comprises a step (i) of producing foam having an average diameter of 5 m or less by agitating an adhesive solution containing aqueous resin as a base compound in the foam generator; and a step (ii) of coating the produced foam on the porous supporter in the state that an average diameter of the foam is maintained to 10 m or less, and wherein foam production of the step (i) is executed in a foam generator(1) comprising stator(11), rotor(12), rotor pins(13), stator pins(14), adhesive solution supply pipes(15) and air pressure supply pipes(16), and foam coating of the step (ii) is executed in an adhesive foam manufacturing apparatus comprising a foam coater(2) comprising foam supply nozzle(21), rollers(24) and coating knife(25).
