CONSTITUTION: The road safety facilities comprise the steps of applying paints(40) on the outer sides of supports(32) excluding indication plates, forming a glass particle layer(42) by spraying glass particles on the outside of the paints(40) precisely before the paints(40) are hardened completely, then drying in a dryer provided with a heater, and forming a transparent coating layer(44) by applying transparent coating agent such as alkyl resinous vanish, acryl resins, then drying up naturally or compulsively in a dryer.
