PURPOSE: A method is provided to allow for a wireless LAN service which enables a high speed inexpensive data communication in a subway or railroad. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a first step of setting a near and remote threshold level of a signal to noise ratio by using the delay profile measured between the sections where a handover occurs; a second step of determining the maximum allowable path loss by calculating the maximum access distance on a link budget between the sections where a handover occurs; a third step of setting the electromagnetic distance corresponding to the maximum allowable path loss as the maximum value of the near and remote threshold level and the distance in the maximum allowable path loss; and a fourth step of dividing the section where a handover occurs by the maximum value set in the third step, and installing, at equal spacings, fixed trunks in the section where a handover occurs. The number of fixed trunks corresponds to the least integer which is larger than the quotient obtained by the dividing operation performed in the fourth step.
