PURPOSE: A sudden operating prevention device of a car door is provided to prevent the injury of users and the damage of a door and a car body. CONSTITUTION: The sudden operating prevention device of a car door comprises: a rack gear(110) connected to one side of a car door(1); an air cylinder(120) installed to a car body(2) and provided with electric valves(121,122,123,124) operated by power sources; a piston(130) connected with the rack gear(110) by a connecting rod(111) and installed to the inside of the air cylinder(120) to be slidable; a door sudden movement sensor(140) installed to the piston(130) to sense the sudden operation of the door and to supply power selectively to the electric valve; a locking unit(160) connected with electric valves(121,122) by a tube(t) to limit the movement of the rack gear(110); and a power supply unit(150) supplying power sources to the door sudden movement sensor(140).
