PURPOSE: A health supplementary food obtained by mixing herbal plants such as Ginseng Radix, Schizandrae Fructus, Liriopis Tuber or the like with a specified amount of purified glucose, vitamin, taurine or the like is provided. Then, 5.00 to 8.00% by weight of the herbal plants are mixed with 84.10 to 90.56% by weight of purified glucose, 0.35 to 0.70% by weight of vitamin B, 1.00 to 2.00% by weight of vitamin C, 0.05 to 0.10% by weight of calcium, 0.02 to 0.04% by weight of fruit flavors and 0.02 to 0.04% by weight of menthol.
