Cosmetic Composition for Skin-Whitening Comprising Ramulus Mori Extracts and Niacinamide as Active Ingredients

PURPOSE: Provided is a skin whitening cosmetic composition which contains Ramulus mori extract and niacinamide as active ingredients. The cosmetic composition inhibits tyrosinase activity, melanin formation, conversion of niacinamide to melanosome, therefore, it gives excellent skin whitening effect. CONSTITUTION: A skin whitening cosmetic composition is characterized by containing, based on the total weight of the composition, 0.5-10.0 wt.% of Ramulus mori extract and 0.5-10.0 wt.% of niacinamide as active ingredients. It is formulated into liquid, suspension, paste, gel, cream, lotion, powder, soap, surfactant-containing cleansing, oil, foundation and spray.
