PURPOSE: Provided is a skin whitening cosmetic composition which exerts significantly enhanced inhibiting effect on tyrosinase activation and excellent whitening effect. CONSTITUTION: A skin whitening cosmetic composition comprises 0.001-5.0wt.% of extracts of Ramulus mori and Tricholoma matsutake. The composition is formulated into solution, suspension, fluid, paste, gel, cream, lotion, powder, soap, surfactant-containing cleansing, oil, powder foundation, fluid foundation, wax foundation, or spray.
