METHOD FOR MANAGING LAWSUIT PROCEDURE BY USING INTERNET AND STOCK

PURPOSE: A lawsuit procedure management method is provided to give a lawyer cyber money as a case acceptance fee while expressing a case with a stock price, to raise a fund for the case and to give the lawyer a dividend according to a stock profit rate. CONSTITUTION: A client passes a member authentication procedure and logs in a service system over the internet(S10), and registers a case with a case acceptance fee and a success bonus at the service system(S20). A lawyer also passes a member authentication procedure and logs in a service system over the internet(S30), analyzes the registered case, and registers a case acceptance fee(S40). The client selects a lawyer based on the registered data(S50), and notifies a manager of a selection of the lawyer(S60). Then, the manager registers the case at a stock program(S70). An investor passes a member authentication procedure and logs in a service system over the internet(S100), purchases cyber money(S110), and invests in the registered case(S120). The client and the investor exchange data with persons related to the case(S130). In a case that the lawyer wins a lawsuit, the lawyer receives a success bonus, a dividend and others according to stock profit rate(S140, S150, S170).
