PURPOSE: A system and a method for assisting language learning by making a user listen to a language and typing an answer are provided to reduce difficulties for the language learning, and enhance interests and learning efficiency of the user by making the user remember a sentence through a process for inputting the answer and making the user finish the answer with a dynamic hint. CONSTITUTION: A language database(11) stores language information including language files, sentences of two languages, and language IDs. A speech playing module(12) randomly plays the language by a random number generated from a randomizer and used to extract the language file from the language database. A dynamic hint module(13) helps the leaner answer to a question and increases the interests of the learner by providing the hint to the learner when the learner delays the answer over a predetermined time. An input analysis module(14) analyzes the sentence inputted from the learner with the stored sentence. An input monitoring module(15) monitors operations of the learner and generates a control signal matched with other module.
