PURPOSE: A method of making uncooked food products by using powder of leafy vegetables, bulbs and tubers and cereals is provided. It reduces drying and grinding processes as compared to conventional manufacturing processes and performs the grinding and mixing procedure at the same time, thereby producing a better product while simplifying facilities. CONSTITUTION: The uncooked food products are prepared by the steps of: selecting leafy vegetables and bulbs and tubers; wet grinding of the leafy vegetables and bulbs and tubers; mixing the wet-ground leafy vegetables and bulbs and tubers with cereals; controlling the moisture of the mixture; freeze drying and grinding the mixture; and then forming into the shape of granules. For an example, 10% by weight of leafy vegetables and bulbs and tubers is mixed with 5% by weight of mushrooms and seaweeds, 5% by weight of miscellaneous cereals(sesame, adlay, foxtail millet(Setaria italica)), 10% by weight of soybeans, 20% by weight of barley, 10% by weight of unpolished rice and 30% by weight of germinated unpolished rice.
