STRUCTURE FOR MOUNTING ENGINE OF VEHICLE, FOR SECURING THREE-STAGE RIGIDITY USING TWO-STAGE RIGIDITY MOUNTING BUSH

PURPOSE: A structure for mounting an engine of a vehicle is provided to prevent noise and vibration, and to improve the durability by restricting displacement of the engine with the two-stage rigidity mounting bush. CONSTITUTION: An engine mounting system comprises a two-stage rigidity mounting bush installed in a bracket fastened to a vehicle body by a bolt and connected to an end of a roll rod(6) fastened to an engine; a stopper(8) mounted in the vehicle body spaced from the bracket and composed of a penetration hole(8a) penetrated by the roll rod; and an outer rubber(9) attached to the outside of the two-stage rigidity mounting bush and contacted and compressed to the stopper in moving the two-stage rigidity mounting bush in accelerating the vehicle. The rigidity of the engine mounting structure is improved with a middle rubber(2), a side rubber(3) and the outer rubber.
