PURPOSE: A gear box structure integrated with a stab bar mount and a rear roll mount is provided to reduce the number of vehicle assembling processes and ensure mounting rigidity by integrating the stab bar mount and the rear roll mount with a gear box. ;CONSTITUTION: A gear box structure integrated with a stab bar mount and a rear roll mount comprises a gear box(10), a stab bar mount(20) and a rear roll mount(30). The gear box is mounted on a sub-frame. The stab bar mount is parallel to the gear box. The stab bar mount is integrally formed on both sides of the gear box in a length direction to mount a stab bar, which is arranged on a sub-frame. The stab bar mount is coupled to the gear box and comprises a stab bar bracket(22), which comprises a fixing unit to wrap and fix the stab bar.
