PURPOSE: A device for controlling the inlet and outlet control time of a gas exchange valve and a fuel injection device of an internal combustion engine is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost without changing diameter design of an eccentric shaft and dimensional design of flange combination in spite of rise of injection pressure. CONSTITUTION: In a device for controlling the inlet and outlet control time of a gas exchange valve and a fuel injection device of an internal combustion engine, plural switchable rocker levers are installed. The rocker levers are each connected to push rods in an articulated shape. The push rods are connected to a control device for supply start control of injection pumps and/or phase movement of valve control time. The control device includes rockers; an eccentric of a control shaft/eccentric shaft(17) rotating at 360 degrees; and a roller(18) moving on a cam of a camshaft(13). The eccentric shaft of the control device comprises plural shaft components. The shaft components are supported to the inside of a housing of the internal combustion engine by a frame wall. The shaft components of the eccentric shaft are formed in a shape of a connection shaft component and an eccentric shaft component constituting the eccentric shaft. An inlet rocker(10), an outflow rocker(11), and a pump rocker(12) are combined to the eccentric shaft component per each cylinder. Each eccentric shaft component is rotatably supported to the frame wall symmetrical to a longitudinal axis by a bearing block(8).
