摘要

Titania nano-sheet alignment thin film is based on silica and titania where titania nano-sheets having a layer structure of nanometer order size, are dispersed on the surface. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a product having the titania nano-sheet alignment thin film; and (2) the manufacture of a titania nano-sheet alignment thin film by forming a gel film including a composite metal oxide or hydroxide of a titanium compound and a silicon alkoxide from a solution including a silicon alkoxide and a hydrolyzable titanium compound by imparting warm water and vibration to this gel film, and alignment depositing the titanium nano-sheet on the surface.
