Fabrication of 2D ZnO Nanosheet Thin Film by a Simple Two-Step Approach

摘要

In this paper,2D single-crystalline ZnO nanosheets thin film was fabricated successfully on silicon wafer by a simple two-step approach.XRD,SEM and TEM were used to characterize the phase structures and morphologies of ZnO nanosheets film.
