SOFT FORMED PRODUCT OF POLYURETHANE FOAM COMPRISING REACTION PRODUCT OF ORGANIC ISOCYANATE AND POLYOL COMPONENT AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided are a soft formed product of polyurethane foam which has good mechanical properties such as tensile strength, elasticity, etc. and is reduced in the content of urea and its preparation method. CONSTITUTION: The soft formed product of polyurethane foam comprises a reaction product of the following components (a), (b), (c) and (d) having an isocyanate index of 95-115, has a forming density less than 500 kg/m3 and a maximum forming shrinkage of 1.5 % (DIN ISO 02769) : (a) at least one kind of organic isocyanate having 2-4 NCO groups per a molecule whose NCO content is 6-49 wt%; (b) at least one kind of polyol component selected from the group consisting of (b1) at least one polyetherester polyol having a number average molecular weight of 800-6,000 g/mol, a number average functionality of 1.7-5 and the weight ratio of an ester group to an ether group of 0.05:0.95 - 0.48:0.52 and (b2) a mixture of 52-95 wt% of at least one kind of polyester polyol component selected from the group consisting of at least one polyester polyol having a number average molecular weight of 1,000-4,000 g/mol and a functionality of 1.7-4 and at least one ester-based polymer polyol having a OH value of 10-149 and an average functionality of 1.7-4 and 5-48 wt% of at least one kind of polyether polyol selected from the group consisting of at least one ethylene oxide-containing polyether polyol having a number average molecular weight of 900-18,000 g/mol and a functionality of 1.7-4 and at least one ether-based polymer polyol having a OH value of 10-149 and an average functionality of 1.7-4; (c) 5-25 wt% of a crosslinking agent and/or a chain extender based on 100 wt% of the sum of (b) and (c) components; and (d) at least one kind of foaming agent component selected from the group consisting of (d1) nitrogen, air and/or carbon dioxide and (d2) at least one selected from the group consisting of a chemical foaming agent and a physical foaming agent with a boiling point of -30 to 75 deg.C.
