PURPOSE: A rotary tool holder is provided to keep the precision of a tool, and to easily attach/detach the tool holder to/from a turret disk by installing three keys at the tool holder. CONSTITUTION: A shank(30) is installed at a body in a tool holder(1), and has an O-ring(20) in the side. A first key groove(40) is formed at the top of the body. A first key(60) is fixed on the first key groove by a bolt(50a1). A second key groove(70) is formed at the bottom of the body. A second key(80) is fixed on the second key groove by a bolt(50a2). A third key groove(90) is formed at the side of the body. A third key(100) is fixed on the third key groove by a bolt(50a3).
