ANCHOR PLATE COATED WITH URETHANE RESIN TO IMPROVE CONSTRUCTION QUALITY AND INCREASE CONSTRUCTION EFFICIENCY IN POOR GROUND

PURPOSE: An anchor plate for improvement of poor ground is provided to minimize the inclining of the anchor plate caused by obstacles in the ground by forming a urethane resin coating layer on the surface of the anchor plate, to maintain a close contact state of the anchor plate and the tip of a drain casing and maximize friction force. CONSTITUTION: An anchor plate(100) for improvement of poor ground comes in contact with the tip of a drain casing of plastic board drain construction equipment and has a holding unit(20) for binding a plastic board. The surface of the anchor plate is coated with urethane resin(120) with thickness 1¯3 times larger than the thickness of a plate(10) and a urethane resin layer is formed. Plural recessed grooves(110) spaced out at regular intervals are formed to the surface of the anchor plate to reinforce the adhesive force of urethane resin and the anchor plate.
