PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of rice containing glutinous Panicum miliaceum and Indian millet which are very beneficial to a human body. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of rice containing glutinous Panicum miliaceum and Indian millet comprises the steps of: preparing dried glutinous Panicum miliaceum and Indian millet; finely pulverizing them in to a particle size of 30 micrometer; dissolving the powders in water; dipping unpolished rice to its water content being 16-17%; coating the unpolished rice with the solution again by wet-polishing device; and drying the rice.
