On the 8-th day explants are placed on the regenerating medium containing zeatin taken in the amount 0.2-1.0 mg/l, benzylaminopurine taken in the amount 0.2-1.0 mg/l and gibberellic acid (GA3) taken in the amount 0.01-0.05 mg/l.
