The drilling aid comprises a block, disc or pyramid having a central bore (1) of the desired hole size (e.g. 8 mm). The drilling aid is coated on the underneath with an adhesive (3) which can be readily moved after the drilling process. The drilling aid is provided on the sides with markings to enable problem-free positioning on the marked substructure.
