A sleeve (7) is fixed on the surface of a base plate (1) by a brace (8) that links to the sleeve and locks on a pipeline (2). Each brace has a clamping section (9) to clamp on the pipeline. The sleeve and the brace form a single piece from a flat metal blank sheet. An Independent claim is also included for a refrigerator with a heat exchanger.
