The module has stacked positive (2), negative (4) and phase (3) connectors and first and second semiconducting chips (9). At least one of the connectors consists of a small contact plate (5) with a rod-shaped connection vane (6) asymmetrically arranged on the contact plate and an auxiliary element (7) that inhibits tilting of the connector about the longitudinal axis of the connecting vane and that can be separated after module assembly.
