The measuring insert has channel ring upper and lower parts for reception of the turbine wheel, the end face (3) of the channel ring lower part (1) provided as a fluid inlet with inlet channels (4) inclined to the rotation plane, having guide ribs (7) formed as triangular projections at the channel ring inside wall, for directing the fluid flow radially inwards.
