The DE4vice is assembled of a plastic box (1), containing the cables, a pipe (3) accommodating a heating cartidge, and a heat transmitting bar (4). The pipe (3) is guiDE4d through an opening at the rear of the fluid container and sealed and secured with a combination of a sleeve and a hexagonal nut (2). The heat transmitting bar (4), protruding from the front of the pipe (3), is accommodated in the horizontal segment of the tap leading to the drinking nipple.
