The bicycle seat adjuster assembly has a hollow seat frame (10) mounted on the bicycle frame. The adjuster has a vernier screw connected to a slide moving within the hollow tube. The slide is screwed to a support plate (31) on the exterior of the seat tube to carry a bracket (30) on which the seat (2) is mounted.
