PURPOSE: To achieve accuracy in the filled quantity by a method wherein from measured pressure of a liquid and a prescribed function of pressure to filled quantity, the quantities of the liquid individually filled for each cyclic time are calculated, the results of the calculation are integrated, and at the point of time that the total of the filled quantities obtained by the integration reaches a target filled quantity, an opening-closing valve is turned off and the injection of the liquid is finished. ;CONSTITUTION: In a pressure-filling method for filling a container such as an ampul with a medicinal liquid under pressure, when a filling needle 11 for a container descends and a sequencer 15 issues a start signal, a filling-control system 14 opens a pinch valve 9, starting the injection. Simultaneously, from the pressure of the liquid and its temperature measured by a pressure detector 12 and a liquid-temperature sensor 13, the quantities filled through each of the filling needles 11 during, for example, 0.2 millisecond are calculated by an equation stored in the control system 14, and the results obtained in this manner are integrated with respect to each of the filling needles 11 by using their respective adders. These measurement and calculation are repeated every 0.2msec and it is judged whether the results of the integration have reached a target filled quantity.
