The system has a vocal server (2) to record a telephone conversation on reception of key words by the server and a conversation server (1) used as an interface between the speakers and vocal server. A server (4) transmits a written transcription of the telephone conversation e.g. in the form of an audio file attached to an electronic mail to a speaker. An Independent claim is also included for a process of recording and broadcasting of telephone conversion between speakers.
