The tool has a maintenance arrangement (11) mainly formed for an axis (14) placed in an armature (10) of a coil. The axis forms an axis for rotation of the coil. A brake (30) slows down rotation between a cylinder and main elevation of the armature. The brake is made to rewind when the coil is carried through a slope. Rotating cylinder has an external diameter less than internal diameter of the coil. A main frontage (13) of the armature extends perpendicularly to main geometric axis of the coil and a handle forms a handle bar of traction and a guide upon positioning the axis.
