PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an anti-white hair agent comprising a substance having excellent anti-white hair action as an active ingredient.;SOLUTION: The anti-white hair agent comprises a glyceryl alkyl ether compound represented by general formula (I) (one of R¹-R³ is a 14-22C alkyl group and the others are each H or a 1-3C alkyl group, preferably one of R¹-R³ is a 14-22C alkyl group, one is a 1-3C alkyl group and the rest is H) as an active ingredient.
