PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater device composed of a conductive filler-filled resin group material.;SOLUTION: The conductive filler-filled resin group material is a material made by evenly dispersing a mixture of conductive fine particles of micron order and conductive fiber in a resin host material, of which the weight ratio against the resin host material ranges between around 0.20 and around 0.40. The conductive fine particles is a mixture of non-metallic fine particles of carbon, graphite or the like, fiber with non-metallic fine particles coated with metal, metal fine particles, and fine particles with metal fine particles coated with metal. The conductive fiber is made of nickel-plated carbon fiber, stainless steel fiber, copper fiber, silver fiber or the like. As a manufacturing method of the heater device, an injection molding method, a compression molding method, an extrusion molding method or the like are applied.
