PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-operate mixed injection member, a needleless adapter and a medical instrument by injecting a liquid chemical in the state of immovably mounting the adapter on the mixed injection member.;SOLUTION: The mixed injection member (1) has a plug body (5) mounted on a port (3) and a cap (10) put on the plug body (5), wherein an opening part (11) through which the engaging part (36) of the adapter (31) can pass is formed on the cap (10), an engaging part (12) to which the distal end of the rib (35) of the adapter (31) can be fixed is formed at the top surface part of the cap (10), and the engaging part (36) of the adapter (31) can be locked to the top upper wall (14) of the cap (10).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
