PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disease model mouse of spontaneous rheumarthritis that can be widely and repeatedly used as an experimental study material for articular rigidity/deformation and functional disorder caused by rheumarthritis and for investigating the causing mechanism, prevention, diagnosis, therapy and the like of articular rigidity/deformation and functional disorder.;SOLUTION: The newly created disease model mouse of spontaneous rheumarthritis according to this invention has a character that spontaneously develops rheumarthritis and the character originates from F1 BXB-khs male mouse having an H-2 heterozygote from an ancestry BXSB female mouse and an NZB male mouse.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
